  • A fun team building exercise to get to know one another.
  • The chance to introduce yourself and your business to the group.
  • Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries.
  • Multiple networking opportunities.
  • A 10-minute ‘Member in the Circle’ speaking slot hosted by Rob Barsby of the famous Aerosparx.
  • The opportunity to stay accountable for your goals by setting an accountability with us at the end of the meeting. We’ll check in with you in a month’s time to see how you got on!

Our Member’s Meetings are also a safe place for attendees to voice any problems or concerns they may have. These concerns will then be discussed by the group who offer honest, strategic feedback to help the individual or business move forward and grow faster.

Team-Building Exercise – ‘WHO AM I?’

Every other Member’s Meeting features an interactive team-building exercise to help attendees get to know each other better in an informal manner.

This month WHO AM I?

About the Exercise:

For this activity, you will put the name of an individual in the room on a post it note on your head. The participants must then go around the room trying to guess who they are. They may only ask Yes/No questions. This will make sure you get to know people in the room and also you need to make sure you are listening to the 45 second pitch of everyone to help you.

The Venue – LEICESTER TIGERS

The home of Leicester Tigers since 1892

About LEICESTER TIGERS

The home of Leicester Tigers since 1892, the Mattioli Woods Welford Road has been the backdrop to the club’s rise from its founding years to becoming English rugby’s most successful team.

The original ground was opened on 10 September 1892 and is still located in the same spot today between Aylestone Road and Welford Road on the southern edge of Leicester’s city centre.

Tigers beat a Leicestershire XV 17-0 on that day with forward Ted Cooke scoring the first ever try at the ground. The two teams met again in 1992 to mark the 100 year anniversary with Tigers winning 40-20.

Back in 2017, supporters and the club came together to celebrate 125 years of Welford Road, of which the north, east and west stand have all undergone major construction in the last twenty-five years.

The stadium boasts a capacity of 25,849 with the North, East and West stands having all undergone major construction in the last twenty-five years.

The rebranded Mattioli Woods Welford Road was unveiled in November 2020.

About ROB BARSBY from AEROSPARX:

The Aerosparx team have revolutionised the event world combining formation aerobatics with nighttime pyrotechnics!

Aerosparx are the original market leaders in airborne pyrotechnics, and keep ahead by constantly pioneering new and exciting innovations in our display!

“We paint with light – to leave a remarkable picture in the night sky for your event – from intimate weddings to the biggest National celebrations.

AeroSPARX are the only team in the world to combine Formation flying, Aerobatics and nighttime pyro!

We are an aerobatic stunt display team who have brightened up airshows across the world with our smooth, graceful manoeuvres and quality formation flying. Perhaps best known for their stunning pyrotechnics. AeroSPARX have been dazzling audiences with their remarkable demonstrations as far afield as Saudi Arabia and New Zealand.

Established in 2015, pilots Guy Westgate and Rob Barsby, regularly take to the skies in their Grob109b motor gliders. By day, they perform a formation flying display with aerial acrobatics, while at night they quite literally shine with their unique pyro fireworks display.

Based in the UK, AeroSPARX have had a busy few years captivating audiences across Europe, Asia and New Zealand, with many more fascinating locations lined up for the future.

There are hundreds of flying display acts world wide, but only about 200 formation teams. Only half of these perform formation aerobatics and only 6 of these teams fly with pyro…. only 1 team does it all at night – AerosSPARX are globally unique!

The team gives huge thanks to sponsors and supporters.”
