Every month we host a separate Members’ Meeting in each County. These relaxed, positive and friendly networking events feature either an educational workshop from an expert Guest Speaker or an interactive team-building exercise.

Our monthly Members’ Meetings are a place for members (and guests) to come together to receive business advice/support, increase your reach, learn from our expert Guest Speakers, expand your network and build on any existing business connections.


  • Either an educational workshop hosted by an expert Guest Speaker OR an interactive and informal team-building exercise encouraging the formation of organic business and personal connections between attendees.
  • The chance to introduce yourself and your business to the group. 
  • Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries.
  • Multiple networking opportunities.
  • A 10-minute ‘Member in the Circle’ speaking slot hosted by one of our members.
  • The opportunity to stay accountable for your goals by setting an accountability with us at the end of the meeting. We’ll check in with you in a month’s time to see how you got on!

Our Member’s Meetings are also a safe place for attendees to voice any problems or concerns they may have. These concerns will then be discussed by the group who offer honest, strategic feedback to help the individual or business move forward and grow faster.

Which Membership Tiers are these events included in?

Tier 2, Tier 3 or the Commitment Tier (for Loyal Members).

Which Membership Tiers do not include these events?
Tier 1.

When are the Leicester Members’ Meetings?
The second Friday of every month.

When are the Derby Members’ Meetings?
The third Wednesday of every month.

How frequent are Members’ Meetings?
Once a month in each county.

Do I have to be a member to attend?
Nope! We offer all non-members a one-time-only free taster session. Just register HERE for one of our upcoming Members’ Meetings and select the ‘Free Event Pass’ option at the checkout.

How many times can I use a ‘Free Event Pass,?
Just once.

What if have already used my ‘Free Event Pass’?
We allow non-members to attend ONE Members’ Meeting in addition to your ‘Free Event Pass’ for the free of £25. However, after that, you will need to become a member of Tier 2 or above to attend the meetings.

What Tier should I join if I want to attend the Members’ Meeting in my County?
Members’ Meetings are included in Tier 2 and above. Members of Tier 3 also receive 4 x Cross County Passes per year to Members’ Meeting in alternate Counties.

How long are the meetings?
Officially 9am-11am, however, you are welcome to arrive anytime after 8:30am and can stay until 11:30am to make the most of the networking opportunities.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just your business cards!

What time does the meeting start?
Officially 9am however, we recommend arriving half an hour before to make the most of the networking opportunities (and for first dibs on the pastries)!

How will I know where to park?
Most venues we visit have onsite parking, however, instructions will always be sent out in the automated reminder emails through Eventbrite.

Is there a dress code?
Absolutely not! As these meetings tend to take place during work hours most attendees are in smart casual attire however, we have no dress code so please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Are the meetings formal?
No. We encourage a relaxed, friendly and positive environment as we believe this is the key to forming organic and lasting business relationships.

How many people usually attend a Members’ Meeting?
It varies dramatically from meeting to meeting, county to county but we usually expect an average of 20 attendees.

Can I join online?
No. We don’t offer an online option for these events as we feel the major benefits lie in attending in person.

As a member of The Circle Club, do I need to register myself for these sessions?
No. Members’ Meetings are only included for members in Tier 2 or above. If you qualify for these meetings you will be registered automatically. Please just let us know if you are unable to attend.

How do I access the event?
After registering via Eventbrite you will receive a confirmation email which contains the details of the venue. Please make your own way to the location specific to the Members’ Meeting at the time of the event. You will also receive multiple reminder emails in the run-up to the event.

I’ve registered for a Members’ Meeting but haven’t received any emails what should I do?
