What are Members’ Socials?
These members-only networking events are aimed at organically strengthening connections and friendships in an informal and relaxed environment.
Come together with fellow members from across all membership tiers and counties once a quarter as we visit stand-out locations, sample incredible food/drink and take part in unique team activities!
When do they take place?
Members’ Socials are quarterly events that usually take place from 6:30pm on the last Thursday of August, November, February and May. Please be aware this may be subject to change due to the nature of some of the activities/venues we visit.
Where do they take place?
These events take place across a wide range of exciting locations! We love changing it up each time and doing something completely different! Past socials have included Peters’ Pizza in Loughborough, drinks at Seven Restaurant in Derby, bowling at Lane 7 Leicester and Wine Tasting at Hanwell’s Wine Estate Nottingham.

How do I access the Socials?

You can do so via Eventbrite, just select your desired date and click the ‘Member of The Circle Club’ option at the checkout.

Which Membership Tiers are these events included in?
All. Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 or the Commitment Tier (for Loyal Members).
Which Membership Tiers do not include these events?
None.
How often do Members’ Socials take place?
Every 3 months. We hold 4 Member’s Socials a year.
Do I have to be a member to attend?
Yes, Members’ Socials are exclusive to members of The Circle Club. Register HERE.
What Tier should I join if I want to attend Members’ Socials?
Members’ Socials are included in all of our membership packages. They are a great place to connect with members of ALL Tiers and Counties in an informal setting.
When are the Members’ Socials?
They usually take place on the last Thursday of February, May, August and November.
How long are the socials?
We usually recommend setting aside 2 hours for a Members’ Social, however, it is completely up to you how long you would like to stay. A quick half an hour after work? Brilliant. Still going strong at midnight? Why not it’s a Thursday!
Do I need to bring anything?
Absolutely nothing!
Is there a dress code?
Absolutely not! Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Are the meetings formal?
Not at all. In fact the opposite. These events are a place for our members to get to know each other on a personal level, creating friendships that lead to more successful business connections.
How do I access the event?
After registering via Eventbrite you will receive a confirmation email which contains the details of the venue. Please make your way to the location specific to the Members’ Social at the time of the event. You will also receive multiple reminder emails in the run-up to the event.
I’ve registered for a Members’ Social but haven’t received any emails what should I do?

As a member of The Circle Club, do I need to register myself for these sessions?
Yes, invitations to Members’ Socials are included in all of our Membership Tiers and require our members to register for any/all of the sessions you would like to attend. Click HERE to view our upcoming Members’ Socials.
Can I join online?
No. We don’t offer an online option for these events as we feel the major benefits lie in attending in person.
Are Members’ Socials free to attend as a member?
It is the invitation that is included in your membership. Only Members of The Circle Club are able to access these events however any costs are your own.
What time do the socials start?
Usually 6:30pm.
